About Me
Art has always been a part of my life—it was my safe space, my voice when words weren’t enough. It wasn’t until I became an art therapist that I realized just how intuitively I had been using art to express, process, and heal from my own experiences, emotions, and traumas.
From a young age, I was drawn to both psychology and creativity. I’ve always had a natural ability to hold space for others, offering a compassionate and intuitive presence to help them navigate their emotions. While earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts, I discovered the field of art therapy, and in that moment, I knew—I had found my calling.
Now, with years of experience as a Licensed Art therapist and a background in the medical and helping fields, I guide individuals through their healing journeys. I integrate a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other holistic modalities, always meeting my clients where they are. My therapy dog, Peach, also joins in-person sessions, offering comfort and emotional support along the way.
Beyond my work as a therapist, I continue to create art—not just as a practice, but as a fundamental part of who I am. Art is not just something I do; it is the language through which I understand and connect with the world.
I believe in the transformative power of creativity, and I am honored to help others tap into that power to heal, grow, and rediscover themselves.
